Where do I want to live?
What brings meaning and purpose to my life?
In this Biodanza workshop, we will explore the relationship between our instinctive nature and our search for meaning.
Through movement, music, and heartfelt encounters, we will invite the body to reveal what the mind alone cannot access.
Existential questions do not always yield clear answers.
Yet when we stop trying to solve them through thought alone, something else becomes possible.
Instincts are our most fundamental connection to life itself.
The body carries memories, wisdom, and unconscious material that often remain beyond the reach of the rational mind.
When we dance, feel, and inhabit the present moment, hidden aspects of ourselves can emerge naturally into awareness.
As we reconnect with our vital impulses, existential questions are no longer problems to solve,
but living mysteries to explore, embody, and dance.
In the encounter between instinct and consciousness, new possibilities reveal themselves.
Join us for an exploration of the wisdom of the body and the instinctive force that sustains life.
This retreat is open to Biodanzeros who have at least 6 months of weekly practice.
